Compensation: Base Hourly of $16.11 - $17.50, plus Commission & Bonuses
Job Location: Inglewood, CA 90301
Classification: Full-Time, Non-exempt

This position is perfect for an individual with a passion for cars, and enjoys interacting with customers.

Essential Functions

• Appraise vehicles for in person and online customers
• Achieve monthly purchasing quotas
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
• Set appointments and perform follow ups
• Working together with a team to reach department and store goals
• Actively calling, texting, and emailing leads primarily using the Kelley Blue Book Instant Cash Offer (KBB ICO) platform
• Be proficient at obtaining the required information and documents to expedite the car-selling process for the customer

Required License / Certification

• Valid Driver’s License (Clean driving record strongly preferred)
• Ability to pass a background check (Required)

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in Sales, Customer Service, Retail, or Hospitality (Previous automotive sales experience is a plus!)
• Product knowledge/function
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated & willing to learn
• Team player with positive attitude
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
